While at a networking meeting one day, I came to a realization. Most of the time at these meeting was wasted listening to elevator pitches - because no was really listening! They were thinking about what they had to say instead of what everyone else had to say. Nobody was buying because everybody was selling. We might listen to a few chosen speakers and a list of announcements... It seemed like we were doing everything except networking. In the little time that was left people were focused on grabbing what business cards they could. At the other extreme social events are fine, but they tend to be loud, it is hard to hear and you have no way of knowing who else is in the room. It is very inefficient, particularily if you are new to the group. The purpose of this group employ a simple, new system that eliminates everything that doesn't directly contribute to networking. to help business people build strategic alliances, identify prospects and promote themselves faster and more efficiently than ever before. There are no membership fees or application fees. We do charge a modest event fee so that we can have a dedicated space rather than a noisy restaurant or diner. The goal is always to maximize the experience for our networkers. Whether you are an "Old Pro" or new to networking - building a 5 Second Network is the fastest, most efficient way to grow your circle of influence and jumpstart a community of alliances.

The Network for Responsible Public Policy (NFRPP) is a 501c3 non-profit that is a non-partisan network made up of thousands of individuals across our nation who seek credible and reliable information on public policy issues. Community: Our members are diverse in age, gender, and ethnicity, representing people across the political spectrum. NFRPP welcomes everyone from anywhere to join our programs. We offer one program a month online through Zoom and eventually hope to get back to a combination of in-person events. Our recorded past events can be accessed through videos posted to Facebook, YouTube, and our own website. All programs are FREE and open to all. All members are able to receive our bi-monthly newsletters full of interesting and vital information on today's most pressing policy issues.

Founded 2018 by the legendary Liborio Derario -Architect, the Mahwah/Bergen Real Estate Investors Network is the newest investor network in New Jersey. Our mission is very simple; to provide education, networking, and mentoring to real estate investors in Bergen, Rockland and Orange Counties. We meet on the 4th Thursday of every month in Mahwah, NJ. What makes us different?

1.Here at the NJ Networking Circle we like to keep things fun and innovative, even for the shy and timid. What better way is there to wind down a hard work week then with a little professional party and networking. We like to consider ourselves the transition group because we are not in an up tight work atmosphere, nor is it a full blown out night at the club. You can consider it to be either the cool down of a long week or the warm up to a great weekend; the choice is yours. We just want you to take a load off and have a great time meeting great people. 

2.We will give small trainings on how to network as well as business tips.

3.Guest speakers will be booked. Usually local entrepreneurs and professionals who have success and can offer useful advice. 

4. We encourage members to make long lasting connection by helping them to find accountability partners. These are the people that will keep us on track and hold us accountable for the goals that we set. 

Join the Hackensack Regional Chamber of Commerce for our monthly networking meeting hosted by our members. On the second Wednesday of every month we have a low-cost networking event highlighting a member.
