Most outings are for adults only, but on occasion there may be activities that are kid and/or dog friendly. This will be clearly specified. Hi friends! My name is Rachel and I'm obsessed with finding life balance while getting outside and being active! For those of you who know Amanda, the previous organizer, she has passed the hiking baton to me as she's moved to the East Coast for a while and I plan to keep some of the original format of hike time and some real-talk. Our hikes are a fun way to get outside, create community, network, and most of all to have fun and build new friendships. The hikes will include some mindful talk time and we're open to all levels. We'll mix it up so some hikes will be easier than others. In the winter months, we will plan to get out at least once per month depending on the demand. In off season and summer, we'll increase the hiking time. Come join the fun and let's enjoy life together!
