Fall is coming and the weather has been beautifiul! Do you enjoy walking and talking at a light to moderate pace? Then this group is for you! We're for anyone who enjoys social walking and being outdoors (mostly). You should be able to walk at least 45 minutes without stopping to rest, doing at least 2.5 - 3 miles in an hour. This group hasn't been active for a while, but that's about to change. We'll meet once a week, mostly outdoors, for an hour or more to walk and talk. I host regular Zoom meetings where you can **practice your conversation skills** with other signers. The majority of attendees will likely be students but there might be native ASL signers as well. 2. If there's interest, I'll plan in person meetings. **What To Expect:** 1. *Lots of small group conversations.* We spend about half of the meeting in **small groups based on ASL level** so that you're with signers who are around the same level as you. You'll have lots of opportunities to participate, practice what you know and learn new things from other members. 2. *Themes, games and activities.* I like to keep things interesting, so **check event details to see what the theme is** for each meeting. I'll also plan games and activities from time to time. **PLEASE NOTE:** 1. **If you are completely new to ASL**, this is probably not the best group for you.
