Doeres continuously engage in various Outdoor activities for enriching, strengthening and balancing mind, body and spirit in harmony with Nature. Activities are low to moderate risk, moderate to strenuous difficulty, adventurous to challenging, with a mix of exploration, recreation, learning, fun, freedom and building a better Self & Society. Some activities involve kids and families.

We are active year-around, enjoying all seasons and outdoor terrains of the US. Organizers expect new members to join for active participation in group meetups as per the mission above and not for increased meetup memberships, business or professional networking, socialization etc. We keep the group small to outdoors active members and No Attendance within 3 months of joining removes you from the group. We can adequately prepare you for Outdoor activities during all seasons.

20s to 40s Pickle Ball, Social and Fun (PBSF)

Duluth, GA

20s to 40s Pickle Ball, Social and Fun (PBSF)
Pickleball has been growing exponentially in America. It is something between tennis and Ping-Pong. For those of you don’t know, a pickleball court is about half the size of a tennis court. And it’s very common to see neighborhoods converted some of their tennis courts into pickleball courts. It gives very good aerobic exercise and fun. Let’s do it! Beginners and intermediate players are welcome (advanced players are also welcome to coach:) If you don’t have a pickleball paddle yet, go get one at local sports shops or online. We will play singles or doubles depending on the number of attendees. If you want to be an organizer, please do let me know. We have seen frequent no-shows. If you can’t come to an event. Please make sure you update your RSVP status to show respect to the organizers and other players. If you fail to do that for three times (we won’t count accurately but we will notice those frequent no-shows), you may be removed from a future event or the group. By participating in our activities, you acknowledge that the activities involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to physical exertion, unpredictable weather conditions, and possible injuries. Our group does not guarantee the safety or well-being of participants, and all individuals join us at their own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and mentally prepared for the challenges of the activities and to take appropriate precautions to mitigate any risks. By joining our group, you agree to assume all risks associated with the activities and to release our group, its organizers, and other participants from any liability or claims arising from your participation. Cheers!
