Getting fit, and staying that way, by riding a bike is work. It's also extremely fun, amazing, and rewarding. So much so that...that work part I just mentioned...it just fades away. Ordinary people, whatever their age or ability, can benefit from cycling. This is where 50/15 Fitness comes in. We're enablers, of your cycling habit.

50/15 Fitness Meetup group is based in, and operates out of Lake County IL. More specifically Wauconda and the surrounding areas. It is a fee-based adjunct to 50/15 Fitness (5015fitness.com), a cycling fitness and coaching dojo for ordinary people who want to become better cyclists. Rider development occurs through clinics and guided group training sessions, for reasonable prices, presented via this Meetup Group. Absent are haughty derision, bravado, and poor attitude.

Annual membership to this Meetup group is $2.00. Dues are waived if you purchase one of our ten week, self-contained & self-guided, structured training plans during your membership year. New members who don't purchase a plan have 90 days to decide whether the value of the benefits from this group are worth the annual dues.

Our clinics and group training sessions all have associated Event Fees. Fees that are extremely reasonable, but vary with with the nature of each event and the level of coaching guidance, support, and advice provided. Clinics cover many cycling related topics including Safety & Situational Awareness, Group Riding Basics, and Squad Development.

If you seek to be a more capable, competent, and confident cyclist. We'll help you become so regardless of whether you have one of our structured training plans, or not.
