Let's build community friendships. Any women without partners (single, divorced or widowed) living in the Highland Green Neighborhood in Topsham, Maine are welcome to join our community group. We plan to host monthly lunch or dinner events as well as additional arts & entertainment activity (movie, live theater, music, museum, etc).

We are a group of gay men who have come together to support each other and share social and recreational opportunities. This is not meant to be a hook up or dating site; there are plenty of those. We will respect individuals’ need for privacy; the site is set up up so only members can see profiles and details about our gatherings. You can become a member and get notices of activities and provide as much or as little information about yourself as you wish. Our group will offer a variety of activities in various locations. This is made successful by your participation and offering your ideas for activities to be planned.  Please note that this is not a site for the broader LGBT community. Active/Athletic Singles 40s/50s/60s I am organizing a new group for ATHLETIC, SINGLE, FUN, OUTDOORSY, individuals that like to enjoy the outdoors in what some people say is one of the most beautiful places on the planet. Let’s be thankful and explore together! The goal is to provide adventures that allow people to get to know each other and help people discover new places and ideas. Individuals will connect through fun, shared experiences either in person or on-line (depending on COVID restrictions). Activities can include (but aren't limited to): hiking, camping, skiing, snowshoeing, travel, happy hours, dinner parties, BBQ's, breweries, comedy clubs, etc. Online activities may include slide shows of personal adventures to inspire people to get out and enjoy. Our hikes and adventures can fit within a variety of distances, skill levels, elevation gains etc. I am recovering from an injured hip so outings that I lead will be limited in intensity for now. However, other members will be encouraged to become trip leaders to organize trips and activities that they think will be fun for you and others. Welcome to Midcoast Maine Transplants! This group is for those who have recently (or not so recently) relocated to the beautiful Midcoast Maine area and are looking to connect with like-minded individuals.
