This group is a way to expand your Christian social circle in the Seacoast area. It's an activity club for people who follow Jesus. Our events will primarily be game nights, dinners, Christian concerts and worship nights. Members should live in the Seacoast area so we can build an active group. Towns include: Portsmouth, Hampton, Exeter, Rye, Seabrook, New Castle, Stratham, Newington, Newmarket, Kittery, York, Eliot

Hi all! My intention is for this to be a very friendly group of people (at least nearing 40 if not over) who love to do local things outdoors and fun activities indoors. I've lived in this county for the better part of 20 years and am finding there's lots to EXPLORE right here! Hiking the White Mountains is great, but this group will provide many options closer to home for outdoor fun. We'll have occasional distant excursions as well though. During the colder months, we'll do lots of active indoor activities too! Bring your sense of adventure as this will be MY first time doing some of these walks/hikes!  And since I have a deep intellectual side, I'd also like to plan some discussions on topics of interest like or maybe even have guest speakers... A note on the current state of meetup affairs as it compares to R.O.A.M.:  Because I'm concerned about the impact on the environment of bringing a huge group of people on a nature trail and because I feel huge groups negatively impact the experience of others who are trying to enjoy the beauty and quiet of the outdoors, our groups are limited to 20-25 people.  While Mountain National Forest Rules recommend all groups be limited to 10 people and and require the limitation in designated "wilderness" areas. We also will never charge annual dues or membership fees, claiming that it helps with the cost of running a meetup group (seriously...collecting a $15 annual fee from thousands of members is a money making venture, not a group of friends getting together).  This groups operates in the original spirit of meetup. We do this because we love to and want to share it! Please join if Rockingham County destinations are convenient for you, you love friendly people and you love to have fun!  

Please join us for some fun, friends and paddling! Meet other local paddlers and outdoors enthusiasts! This meet-up was started for kayakers to get connected with others who share the enjoyment of kayaking. We are mostly beginner and intermediate paddlers, but all levels and ages welcome! Our main passion is kayaking but because we all love the outdoors you will see non-kayak trips posted on our calendar!

Since we have a diverse group of organizers you can find the type of trip that fits your energy level for that day. Our most popular trips are the leisurely paddle exploring New Hampshire’s beautiful lakes and slow moving rivers, with plenty of wildlife viewing and socializing. Sorry no white water!

This is a meet-up so there is no membership fee! We encourage members to get involved by posting trip ideas and leaving feedback on trips they have taken with us! If you do not have a kayak yet you will need to rent one and transport it to the put in site. 98% of the places we put do not have rentals at them.

This is for girls in the Seacoast NH area in their twenties in need of some gal pals! We’ll do all sorts of events for interests of all kind including outdoor activities, nightlife, going out to eat, brunches, movie nights, game nights, you name it! Join the Facebook group as well if interested

Do you enjoy weekday outdoor activities? Skiing, Biking, etc? Initially, this group will be to arrange some last-minute single-day or multi-day outings to ski resorts, such as Gunstock and the White Mountains. When the weather forecast and the snow conditions are good, I will announce an outing. If we get two or more participants, we can carpool from Dover or Portsmouth to the southern edge mountain. Open to anyone who is retired or otherwise available on weekdays.

This group is for people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who are looking to be more social and get out for fun adventures. We'll meet once a month for a fun activity. ***Connecting those interested in speaking German, whether novice or native, and those with an interest in German culture, this meetup group offers various opportunities.  Small group activities are posted for the member to attend as well as the occasional larger public events.*** This meetup was established in 2010 in the Portsmouth area, but has grown to include southern NH and ME as well as northern MA members.  As such, the regular activities are concentrated in the Seacoast area of those states, but meetups can be announced for various locations - from eastern NH to Boston, MA. We are a member-driven group.  If you have an activity you wish to host, contact an organizer to have your event posted. Regular meetups occur in Portsmouth, NH. The venues sometimes change, but the most common are: **Grill 28 (next to the airport)** in the pub.  There is generally a reserved table for the group between 6 pm and 8 pm.  This is a scheduled event on the third Monday of every month.

Welcome to "Out and About" This group is for single or married people who want to have fun! We will be going on walks, hikes, and any outdoor activities. We are looking for members who would like to become event organizer. Just le me know! Some of our events will be cross linked with other meetup groups in the area!

This group is for anyone in their 20s, 30s, or 40s (must be 21+) who is interested in hiking, regardless of experience. The reason for the age restriction is to encourage younger adults to get out and enjoy the outdoors and make friends! For this reason, we mostly do easy to moderate difficulty hikes, but we occasionally do some more challenging hikes and camping trips for those interested and able. Typically (though not always), we will go out after each hike to a brewery or pub for food and beer. Often, members will bring beer up with them to enjoy and/or share at the top. All members are encouraged to post their own events here. Members who host events will have their dues waived. Events can be hikes, other outdoor excursions, visits to breweries, brewfests, parties, etc. If you are not sure if people would be interested in your idea, feel free to use the Discussion feature to ask! When you join, you will have a 6 month free trial before you are required to pay dues ($10 per year). I will send out an e-mail reminder before this happens. If you host at least one event for the group, you will never owe any dues. Our dues help pay for the annual Meetup organizer fees, and it is a way to encourage active memberships and event organizers (which means more fun events!). Any leftover money will be used for occasional meetup socials and/or parties. And beer! Rules for Membership: 1\. Treat everyone with respect\. 2\. Trailblazers was formed as a result of unmarried people looking for a singles social group involved in a variety of fun activities. Trailblazers provide a wide range of activities for single adults as well as opportunities to meet new friends. It also gives a sense of community and comradery. The club is not a dating service however. Trailblazers has no political or religious orientations. The club is propelled by member involvement at the monthly meetings and other events. The Trailblazers can be found hamming it up at the zoo, attending murder mysteries, bowling, or just holding serious discussions about topics of interest. They hold picnics at least four times a year, and have elaborate parties, some in masquerade. Trailblazers isn't a singles club for those who like to meet once a month for a meal and then go home to watch the early evening news. It's an Adventurous Outing Club for Singles who enjoy traveling to places, hiking mountains, kayaking in the surf, sailing, skiing, etc .
