This is a unique support group for people who wish to create healthier relationships, to heal from and/or let go of a toxic or unhealthy relationship. We welcome people at all steps of their journey – whether they been to a support group, meet-up, counseling or a newcomer!

What is a toxic or unhealthy relationship?

These can be relationships you have in love, friendship, family, work, or elsewhere that are weighing you down in some capacity. You may feel stuck, misunderstood, frustrated, or not happy with where you are in your relationship.

Some questions members struggle with may include--

Do you find yourself attracting people who are unavailable, incapable of treating you with the love and respect you deserve?

Do you have difficulties making healthy choices?

Would you like to view your relationships in a new and different perspective?

This support group offers more than just "talk". Members will experience meditation, honest-open sharing, role-playing, educational readings and structured exercises within a safe, confidential and supportive environment.

Join us for a transformative experience while connecting with other members struggling with similar issues on a journey to creating fulfilling relationships, healing and/or letting go of unhealthy ones.

Group will meet 1x month usually on the first Sunday of the month

This group is facilitated by a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach, Certified Addiction Peer Advocate,and Certified Life Skills Coach. Debbie brings her personal experiences of navigating through and triumphing over the difficulties of toxic relationships.

I further agree to HOLD HARMLESS Creating Healthy Relationships in Love & Life Meetup Support Group and leaders from any claims, damages, injuries or losses caused by my own negligence while a participant on the activity or support group. If I bring guests to participate in the event I take full responsibility of the guests and agree to all above terms and conditions.
