Cincinnati Vegan Meetup (Active 2024)
🌱 **Join Our Vegan & Vegetarian Social Club!** 🌱 There used to be some vegan groups on here but they became inactive over time. Here's a new one that promises to be active in organizing events. I hope members are active in joining and following through. Anyways: Looking for a fun, inclusive community to connect with like-minded individuals? Our Vegan & Vegetarian Social Club is the perfect place! We focus on socializing, enjoying diverse activities, and discussing a variety of topics, all while sharing our passion for a plant-based lifestyle. Whether you're a vegan or vegetarian with some vegan preferences, come join us for: 🍲 Potluck dinners 📚 Book club meetings 🎥 Movie nights 🍳 Cooking classes 🚴 Outdoor activities 🎲 Game nights 🍴 Restaurant outings We welcome everyone who shares our love for delicious plant-based food and great company. Let's build friendships and have fun together! Disclaimer: While the events will be vegan/vegetarian, the group will not be an activism first type group. Feel free to discuss important issues but please no uncivil debates or gatekeeping or trying to outdo one another. Please do not actively debate politics. Please be people that are vegetarian/vegan with personalities and unique stories to share. Please do not "only be" vegetarians/vegans. Let's socialize and have some fun. Please also do not debate every event activity we choose. Every business does something wrong. Every product has ancillary impacts on something. Some are worse than others. Some ought to be better. We are imperfect people and we are looking to be vegetarian/vegan and have fun. Let's unite in that rather than looking for division. If something does not fit your moral compass, please abstain and I'm sure the next event will be right for you. You're always welcome to suggest activities as well.

The Camping Collective

Loveland, OH

The Camping Collective
Welcome to our group, *The Camping Collective.* We are a camping community that loves to camp, enjoy many outdoor activities, and socialize. We have a lot of fun! We support [YMCA Camp Kern](https://www.campkern.org/donate-to-kern.html) please consider donating to help fund camp scholarships [https://www.campkern.org/donate-to-kern.html](https://www.campkern.org/donate-to-kern.html) for children that do not have the financial resources to attend camp. If you wish to donate, click the link and select Camp Kern as the campaign and Loretta Bailey as the campaigner. Thanks for your support! Camping is at our core, but we also enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, boating, and local entertainment. We also have joint events with other like-minded groups so you may see our events posted elsewhere. We organize campouts in the SW Ohio region primarily but as adventurers, we also explore Ohio and our neighboring states! Have an idea for a campout? Let us know! Come as you are, everyone is welcome to bring their hammock, tent, sleeping bag, camper, RV, or whatever it is they wish to camp in. Event details will indicate if the campout is at a group camp or if you should make your reservation. We prefer to stay at county, state, and national parks if possible! My role as the organizer is to facilitate the creation of a community of campers who enjoy being around each other and the outdoors. If you’d like to join our group your profile must have a photo of your face with no sunglasses. The exception is if a person on the leadership team has met or knows you. Don’t know anyone? DM the organizer to see if you can come as their guest. Stayed tuned to this space, we're going camping!
