We are a group of 30’s and 40’s ish people who are divorced/separated with kids. We look for fun places around Dayton and SW Ohio to meet up. This can be with the kids or without the kids. Whether you’re looking for casual friendships, dating, or something else, you are welcome to join. We want everyone to feel welcome. We will be an active group once we are up and running. I just started the page so once we have a good amount of members, we will start scheduling events!

This is a group for people who are interested in hiking (and other outdoor activities (and also burgers and beer)) as a way to get exercise, explore the city, and meet other outdoor enthusiasts.

I've recently fallen in love with hiking, so beginners and experienced hikers are welcome. I would love to have other hikers who know the area to join and help lead hikes. We're looking to add hikes of multiple difficulties and speeds.

Most hikes will be from 2 to 3 hours, and we will post the speed and difficulty for each hike.

Meet friends, have fun, and participate in diverse activities! If you are new in town, new to the country, a native to the area, single, married, divorced, or something else that hasn’t been categorized, and you want to make friends, this group may be for you.

Hi and welcome. I’ve formed this group to fulfill a need many women in their 40s and 50s have, small social circles due to losing touch with friends as you nurtured a family or perhaps divorced, and “your” friends were his friends wives and girlfriends. Maybe you find yourself on a Friday dreading the end of the work week because you have no plans, and all your friends are still busy with families and unable to hang out due to other commitments. You may have also been someone focused on your career and now established and ready to enjoy a social life again. I’ve established this group with the intent to help women in their 40’s and 50’s reconnect with one another, establish new friendships, and get out and enjoy life. Dayton Running Club is a social group for runners. We host a speed workout, social run, and bike path run every week. Our Social Run Thursday meets at a different local bar every Thursday night. The course is marked, with cones, signs and chalk arrows, by club volunteers. Afterwards, we celebrate with food and drinks at the bar. Tuesday we have Speed Training at a local outdoor track where we work on running techniques, perform drills and sprints to improve pace. On most weekends, we meet for local races or organize a bike path run.

Men's Dodgeball for ages 28-35; Centerville, Ohio: Social anxiety focus. Monday nights from 7-9 at SSC (Centerville). First games planned for May. Include contact information in email of interest for interview. Group attendance has been very low, especially since the onset of the pandemic and its aftermath. I would like to get it going again in the fall, but would like a consensus from people that may be interested in attending. It might make better sense to simply shut it down. I do not want to keep a dangling carrot. Dodgeball is very popular on the east coast and there was a very active group in Philly. Maybe the Midwest is simply not a "dodgeball thing"
