We can adequately prepare you for Outdoor activities during all seasons. The group is for adults over the age of 18 who would like to participate in Outdoors activities as a group. But we are always venturing out to other areas and neighboring states and now across the country. And in 2015 we hosted our first international hiking trip to England. **Are H3O Hikes and Activities For You?** \ Our members have a variety of physical skill levels from beginner to intermediate to advanced hardcore. We always plan our hikes and activities with this in mind and will let you know the minimum skill level required so you can decide if an activity is appropriate for you to attend. Hiking and activities should always be well within your own comfort and skill level. Our organizers are not professionals and all hiking and activities are always at your own risk and responsibility. Philly Trail Wanderers is a group for Philly area hikers who want to explore the outdoors with other hiking enthusiasts. If you're new to the Philly metro area or Delaware/Lehigh Valley and want to find all the best hiking spots, or you're an experienced hiker just looking for a group to adventure with you're welcome to come along and enjoy the journey! We regularly organize trips of different difficulties around the Philly area. Check out our upcoming events. If you're hankering to get outside then come join the Philly Trail Wanderers for some outdoor exploration! We're all adults, so the hiking pace is totally up to you. Nobody gets left behind and there's nothing wrong with taking your time. We organize hikes of different difficulties so depending on your fitness and comfort zone you can find a hike to keep pace with. This is a no judgement group! Everyone is here to get outside and have fun. We schedule events around the Philly area. Most of these are not accessible by public transit, so transportation is the responsibility of the hiker. Inclement weather notice: We hike rain (or snow) or shine. In the case of severe and unsafe weather conditions the event host will inform event members no later than 12 hours prior (the night before) to canceling an event. Predicting weather is difficult, and the inconvenience it causes is understandable, but its better safe than sorry when it comes to getting stuck in a dangerous situation! This is a group for hiking and outdoor enthusiasts. However, organizers are not professional medical or outdoors personnel. You assume the risk inherent in hiking and outdoors activity by joining this meetup. Be responsible when participating in a meetup and mindful of your own ability level.

This group is dedicated to the LGBTQI+ Community and Allied friends. The purpose is to create a safe space and supportive environment for those seeking to connect with like-minded individuals. We will take on the challenge of elevation hikes. The host will scout moderately trafficked locations that are well marked. The trails will be anywhere between an 800-1300 foot elevation gain at a length of around 4-9 miles. We will hike at a moderate pace and take breaks as needed. Other events will include bike riding, social meet-ups at parks, and outdoor bar/restaurant venues, Bowling, Pickleball etc. So, get your hydration pack, hiking sticks, and boots ready, and don't forget to pack a lunch for nature and adventure when we go on hikes. We run happy hours and monthly mixers , white water rafting and tubing, kayaking and canoeing , ski trips, beach trips , concerts , dancing to live bands, horseback riding , training at shooting range, specialty dinners , zip lining , sky diving ,  rock wall and outdoor climbing, waterfall repelling,  photo shoot hikes,  sailing, and the list goes on and on

We do not allow bullying or discrimination against anyone in this group and is drama free! We share a variety of interests and social events: Dining (trivia, brunch, live music, BYOB, happy hour and dinners), game nights, outdoor recreation in the warm & cool months, entertainment venues, reading, & art.
