🎉🎊🎈🥳Stress-free FUN Walks near Milton Keynes🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Welcome to MK's "THE" most funny Hiking , Travel & Activity based social group for people who seek an active life style in a balanced way. Read our Reviews to know more. **My Aim** What I envision from this group is creating a group of nice , friendly & thankful people interested in active life style. As free walks sometimes attracts selfish people who try to get things free without appreciating the effort in organizing it or not being friendly to fellow walkers , I will remove such unfriendly people from the group. **Salient Features** 1. We are different from other free groups as I limit the group size & ensure that only nice & friendly people are kept in the group. I guarantee that You will meet nicer people here as I vet and remove unfriendly people. 2. We are very social , we always have funny self introductions & games to break the ice. 3. We are more explore minded & interested in history , flora & fauna of the places where we visit. 4. We are more spiritual & free minded & into things like yoga , meditation etc. 5. We always have pub lunches (But you are free to bring your own food too). 6. Ideally , distance will be around 16k. We will stick to moderate but regular exercise. By agreeing to join this Group , you are agreeing to the below \*\*Disclaimer\*\* **I am not a qualified hike lead .** Our hikes are just gatherings of like-minded people and our hikes are of self guided nature. I am not responsible for any injury or accidents or safety issues which are possible in travel. There is no business or commercial interest behind us and our events are purely based on hobby. Each participant is responsible for their own safety. Hiking and all other activities we organize are activities with a danger of personal injury. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.

St Albans Stationery Meetup Group

St Albans Stationery Meetup Group
If you enjoy stationery, journalling or any manner of analogue hobbies, then this group could be for you! Since March 2024, I have been organising a regular stationery meet-up with like-minded fellow enthusiasts. I have been particularly inspired by the proliferation of stationery / journal clubs that occur in Asia and the USA, and believe that there is no reason why we could not attempt to re-create our own as well. I am hopeful that a few of us can get together on a regular basis to explore the rabbit hole of analogue tools, and indulge in our simple doodling and dabbling as hobbyists. Another bonus from these meet-ups would also be to make new memories and share screen-free moments away from our busy and full-on daily lives. These meet-ups would also be an incredibly fun way to unwind, share our ideas and and even our stash (we stickers-and-washi-tape hoarders would know all about that). WHERE AND WHEN TO MEET? If this sounds like something you would be keen to get involved in, please join any of the meetups! I am in the St Albans (Hertfordshire) area, and we have been using the local St Albans Museum and Gallery courtroom café because it is spacious and flexible enough: we usually get together for 2 hours every second Saturday morning and fourth Sunday morning of each month. This is a low-commitment and relaxed group, as I want people to be able to drop in and out whenever their schedule permits. You are absolutely not required to attend every single session (but of course, I would love it if you can!). You may notice that we are tracking the number of sessions but this is because I am merely curious to see how long we have been running for, so please don't be put off or think that you might have missed out on anything when you come to the next session. We have a different mix of regulars and non-regulars each time and it keeps things fresh and dynamic. Basically: each session is different and non-didactic, we have absolutely no structure, we are not professionals in any way shape or form, and essentially there is never any plan! It's never too late to join in so please do come along to the next meet-up! Thank you for reading, Jasmin :)

Herts Tai Chi

Hemel Hempstead, F8

Herts Tai Chi
You can join this class if you are a complete beginner or if you have experience of Tai Chi or Chi Gung. I have 30yrs of learning with some of the top masters and teachers of Tai Chi in this country and abroad. I'm educated to degree level with teaching qualifications and many years of experience with sport, fitness and a wide range of physical therapies. My primary passion now is to share the knowledge and wisdom I have learnt during my tens of thousands of hours of learning and practicing Tai Chi and Chi Gung. The class will include two person exercises and meditation. When you join as a beginner you will have a full curriculum available that will help you develop to a high level of achievement, should you desire to do so. Initially the focus will be on supporting and enhancing health and well-being. Relaxing your body and quietening your mind. As you develop and learn to move in a relaxed way you will cultivate good posture, deepen your meditation and generate ease and vitality. The class will be light hearted and focused........two basics needed for good Tai Chi practice! The secrets of Tai Chi can take a long time to embody, but some of the benefits can be available immediately for most people. Let me know if you are interested in a beginners class Your first class will be a half price taster (£8), then you will follow a programme of development paid in ten week blocks (cost £160 for ten weeks). If this time doesn't suit you let me know when does, I also offer private sessions.
