We discuss books focused on Buddhist topics. Group meets every 1-2 months at a local venue around Palm Springs for a relaxing hour or so.

Inland Empire Sport Riders is a group for those who love to ride and meet new friends. All riders are welcome, from beginner to advanced, male & female. We will be planning day rides in the area, overnite trips & bike nights at local hangouts. As a member, you are welcome to post rides or events at any time. Let's ride! be safe, enjoy each others company and all the beautiful roads we have in the IE.

I can never stick to the gym, so I figured let’s try getting together and playing different types of sports (basketball, kickball, flag football, tennis etc). Beginners welcome! Hello Welcome!!! This is a group for 20's-50s to make new friends and to explore southern California. We will be going on hikes, camping, road trips, playing sports, (flag football, basketball, etc), trivia nights, board game nights, brunches, dinners, wine tasting tours, and much more! In case you are not familiar with ***GEARS RC***, we are a local family motorcycle riding organization founded in 2022 with our roots going back decades when we were a chapter of a national riding organization known as STAR Riding and Touring. We became one of their top chapters and won several awards for our success with the organization. After several of the original founders of STAR retired, we at the Riverside chapter collectively decided to keep our torch burning and ***GEARS RC*** was born. To this day we have nothing but respect for the remaining chapters and members of STAR. At ***GEARS RC***, we are not a motorcycle club, ***GEARS*** is a ***RIDING CLUB*** known within the community as an "***RC***". We are an association of like-minded people. We wear leather and ride motorcycles, but there is something unique about ***GEARS RC***. The organization’s basis is the fantastic members that make up and contribute to the ***GEARS RC*** family. The People, the family structure and the values that ***GEARS RC*** represents are the “Soul of ***GEARS***”. We are an organization that accepts people from all walks of life, who enjoy motorcycles. We strive to promote a positive environment of fun, safe riding and camaraderie within the motorcycle community. We pride ourselves on having enough discipline and professionalism to keep this motorcycling hobby of ours safe, but we are casual enough that we can have a good time and relax. I’m in my seventies and time is short. Lots to do. My people to find. There’s Disneyland, museums, festivals, fairs, local tours, movies, plays, dining out, hobby related events, support groups, spiritual groups, book clubs, and so many things happening all the time. I will post events I would like to attend and if you’re interested, please RSVP, comment or message me for details and we can set a plan in motion. I am retired, so many events will take place during weekdays, unless weekends are the only options. The group will remain small. Please note that I will purge members often and eliminate those who have not shown interest for two months.
