Join me for Xtreme Hip Hop with LaShawn! This high-energy step aerobics class combines fun hip hop beats with cardio for a full-body workout. My goal is to help you get fit, have fun, and boost your energy levels, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. I’m excited to meet fitness enthusiasts looking to spice up their routine and move to some great music. Together, we’ll focus on improving endurance, coordination, and strength while having a Xtreme Fun!

Inland Empire Sport Riders is a group for those who love to ride and meet new friends. All riders are welcome, from beginner to advanced, male & female. We will be planning day rides in the area, overnite trips & bike nights at local hangouts. As a member, you are welcome to post rides or events at any time. Let's ride! be safe, enjoy each others company and all the beautiful roads we have in the IE.

How do you write a joke? Your friends/coworkers say you're the funniest person they know – *now, what?* Do you take a class? Go to open mics? We have ongoing classes and we also produce the popular stand up comedy series at The Merc Theater in Old Town Temecula, which brings the audience an amazing curated comedy experience, featuring some of the industry's best national headliners.

This group is being created for ladies/babes that want to have fun and create things with other ladies and in doing so make new friendships Laughs and memories. I wanted to start this craft group because I believe that most ladies are more creative than they think they are! I love to make  things that make me happy and I know how fulfilling it is to share that with others. Did you know that studies show that Expressing yourself through artistic and creative activities is like a prescription for your mental health? Turning to creativity has been proven in extensive research to relieve both stress and anxiety. It also keeps our cognitive health from declining as we get older. I hope to hold 1-2 classes per month. Craft classes will include paper crafts, glass crafts, plants, Jewelry making, dream boards, Silk and fresh flower arranging and many other things throughout the year. I purchase my products at hobby lobby, Michael’s, Dollar stores, Walmart or anywhere else that catches my eye. Here are some rules of how this group will work I will have 10 to 14 ladies come per lesson, the number of people will depend on the craft. The price of the craft lesson will depend on my cost for materials, gas and my time for instruction.  Classes will be prepaid and NON REFUNDABLE no exceptions.  I purchase your materials as soon as you pay so I will have spent your money and held your spot already. Hope you understand. When you sign up your spot is NOT held until you’ve paid for the class. So I would suggest paying right away to hold your spot. I kindly ask that you pay only by zelle or cash drop off at my place.  I am not set up for any other kind of payment so do not send any other kind of payment please. 🙏 The location of the classes will mostly be in the Temecula area. If you cannot make it. You are welcome to send another lady in your place as long as you arrange any $ exchanges with them directly 🙏 With that said. I’m looking for ladies that are young at heart. All ages are welcome as long as you can do for yourself. This will be a happy and healthy environment so pls come with a smile on your face and not any other agenda ( sales or promotion) other than to make friends and create 😃 I will have the right to refuse a class or service to anyone that may not want to have a positive attitude. Hello Welcome!!! This is a group for 20's-50s to make new friends and to explore southern California. We will be going on hikes, camping, road trips, playing sports, (flag football, basketball, etc), trivia nights, board game nights, brunches, dinners, wine tasting tours, and much more!
