Sports Business Leaders (SBL) is a community and meetup group for sportstech startup founders, sports entrepreneurs, and career professionals in the sports ecosystem. The goal of the community is to help SBLs better network with one another and be connected to necessary resources and critical individuals in the world like investors, cofounders, business partners, etc.

**Playing Sports Again (with friends!!)** is looking for people in their 30s-50s who want to build new friendships with others while participating in sports leagues (volleyball, kickball, softball, pickle ball, etc) and other recreational sports. Many of us played sports in the past but life got in the way and we miss it. This is a great group for those who would like to get back out there and play again! Although this group will be sports and activity focused, it is also a social group that may look to do some other things as well. We usually all get together after a game, share a drink and have a good laugh. We plan on trying hard and enjoying the activities we do, but this is not an ultra competitive group. Welcome to The Sporting Club at the Bellevue's Pickleball group! This is a private group for current and former members. The main purpose of this group is to give Sporting Club members a way to organize play at the club.  With so many available times to play throughout the week sometimes you just never know if anyone is playing.  I get it, and I think it’s a good “problem” to have.  Hopefully this Meetup group can help alleviate that and allow you all to communicate and see who’s playing.  Eventually we can find times to just allow Beginner play. Maybe even Advanced times too!   Some rules/etiquette/thoughts: -Court 1 is closest to entrance of hallway.  Court 2 is center court.  Court 3 is furthest away closer to the Golf Pavilion. -Whichever team is closest to the hallway serves first. -Games are to 11.  Would love to give incentive for winner’s to be able to stay on and play 2, then sit.  All new 4 then comes in. -No one should be playing more than 2 games in a row when others are waiting -That being said, if you just played a long competitive match, and 8 or 10+ people are waiting to play, instead of playing your 2nd match in a row because you won, do you sit and bring on a whole new 4?  Your call to make, but I think the “waiting” members would love that.  Remember you’re going to also be “waiting” at some point. -Please try to incorporate other members to switch up matches if possible. -Try and respectfully coincide with basketball members.  We’re all members of this great club and trying to utilize the courts as best as we can.  -We can’t make everyone happy, but I’d like to try. -Always know there are things you can be working on in your game, even if you end up “playing down” with lower skilled members.  Lower skilled members appreciate being able to play with higher skilled members because it helps them get better. -I’d like to get 2 permanent Beginner/Intermediate clinics on the schedule.  Only 1hr.  Members are loving it and more clinics! -Do we have interest in an Intermediate+/Advanced clinic?  It would mostly be focused on drilling, strategy, and advanced techniques.  I would name it "Drills and Skills". We will read/watch/listen to books, articles, movies, podcasts and talk about them. This group is designed to help bring women together - to build new friendships, network, and go on social outings. Let’s share hobbies and create new ones! If you’re a woman around 30/40 years of age, looking for new friends, and want to find some events to get involved in, this is the group for you! Events will be primarily in the Delaware County area, but may occasionally be in surrounding areas as well. Activities will include happy hours, eating out, fitness, book clubs, game nights... anything is fair game - so feel free to suggest activities that you'd like to see! Looking forward to meeting you! ATTENDANCE POLICY - 48 HR RSVP One of the biggest stresses of any group is having an accurate RSVP count. In order to help mitigate this, I will be enacting a 48-hr mandatory response on events. Remember: we can’t make friends & have fun if we don’t show up! 1. If you can no longer make an event you RSVPed for, please update your RSVP no later than **48 hours prior to the event**. 2. Last minute cancellation: if something comes up less than 48 hours, please contact your host or post on the event message board that you can no longer attend. 3. If you have late cancellations to 2 events in a year, you will be removed from the group. 4. No contact/ no show: If you no-show to an event and do not contact the host or post a message, you will be removed from the group. I hope everyone understands the need for this, and ultimately that it gives people on the waitlist an opportunity to grab an open spot.

This group is for anyone who enjoy playing soccer or just want to run around and exercise ; all skill levels are welcome. Note that All games organized through this group are intended to be played in a safe and respectful environment , for all to enjoy , while soccer is a contact sport and injuries occur we do not tolerate certain actions from any player that will either cause harm to others on purpose or disrespect other players , some of these actions include slide tackle , purposely committing serious foul play or any other violent conduct either physically or verbally . SNS is Philly's friendliest gaming group!! Every Saturday night we play games in the heart of Drexel Hill in a completely open format. All are welcome! If you're interested in board games, card games, strategy games, roleplaying games, miniature games, or any game at all, we'd love you to join us! Welcome board game enthusiasts! We are meeting at the Ludington and Ardmore Libraries each month to play board games old and new! Each event will feature a board game that will be taught by the library's resident board game librarian. You are also free to bring any of your own games to play or pick one out from the lending library of games. Anyone new to the board game hobby is welcome. We will also be meeting up virtually to play board games from time to time.

The Temple Volleyball program is hosting multiple events for the sole purpose of raising funds to support our athletes and provide them with a competitive experience.
