This group is an extension to the Beach Bladers, a rollerblade club that reaches from Miami to Jupiter. Check us out at www.beachbladers.com. With this meetup group we are trying to reach more members and add more events at different locations. If you are looking for ways to improve your fitness, inline skating is a fantastic outdoor recreation sport. Right now we have several skates scheduled every week, and on many skates throughout the month we encourage beginner and novice skaters to join us. The Beach Bladers also provides free skating lessons / instruction for beginners and skate clinics for all levels of skaters. Teen, small group exercise and fitness training. Boot camp fitness sessions meet for 45 to 60 minutes: Military fun-style circuit fitness training program designed just for teens. Teen Boot camp is an outdoor/indoor interval training program designed for teens looking to kick start their fitness goals. The program combines cardio and strength training in one session. Bootcamp will constantly challenge you by offering you consistent and positive motivational support. Activities include Military style circuits, strength and flexibility stations using their own body weight, obstacle courses, ball games, jump ropes, and more. A great way to burn fat, calories, stays fit and makes new some friends. We started Organic events so that our local Mentors and Volunteers could plan get-togethers outside of our organization’s (Empower) sanctioned events. Think hiking, ice cream, sporting events, museums and more! Our hope is that through these events, we can minimize the feelings of isolation in the members of our community🤍 Want to host an event?
