This is a group for anyone wishing to share meditative walks in nature. The walks are led by a certified life coach and self-described "Nature's Wingman," offering guidance on contemplation and mindfulness as we explore local trails. It's an opportunity to connect with other peaceful souls while appreciating and reflecting upon the natural beauty all around us, and to train in the practice of holding our hearts open to receive and experience.
