**Playing Sports Again (with friends!!)** is looking for people in their 30s-50s who want to build new friendships with others while participating in sports leagues (volleyball, kickball, softball, pickle ball, etc) and other recreational sports. Many of us played sports in the past but life got in the way and we miss it. This is a great group for those who would like to get back out there and play again! Although this group will be sports and activity focused, it is also a social group that may look to do some other things as well. We usually all get together after a game, share a drink and have a good laugh. We plan on trying hard and enjoying the activities we do, but this is not an ultra competitive group. Come Join Us at our Mount Laurel location and play our climate controlled indoor pickleball courts. No Rain Outs, No Slippery Courts, No Public Access. **Starting Thursday, September 21st** **5:00-7:00 PM** Teams play to 11 points (win by 2pts). When the game ends, the winners will remain on the court and split (one player to each side) and the losing team will depart the court.  Two new players will come on to the court; one on each side.  Winners can stay for two games and then should rotate out. Play continues with players only playing two games in a row whether you win or lose to end of your allotted time. The cost to utilize the courts is $10/person for the 2 hour event. This will be paid at the front desk upon arrival. We will have refreshments available to purchase during and after the sessions and you are free to hang out and socialize during and post session. Seating is available around the court. This group is for those who are interested in learning how to play pickleball or those who already play. Pickleball is a lot of fun and the fastest growing recreational sport in North America. We are a community of outdoor lovers who share a passion for tennis, tennis drills, and outdoor fitness training. Whether you're a beginner looking to improve your skills, or an advanced player seeking competitive, fun matches, our group offers something for everyone. Join us for exciting meetups where we combine our love for the outdoors with our dedication to the game. Let's sweat it out, improve our fitness, and build lasting friendships. Get ready to ace your game alongside like-minded individuals in Eastern Montco! This group is mainly for outdoor playing and location will be local high school tennis courts and township park tennis courts. Schedules will be posted based on the weather forecast. Season will start in April and end in November. Indoor courts also can be rented at Upper Dublin Sports Center for the players who are willing to pay court fee, which is around $25\~$30 depending on the day and time of the week and membership status. We will post the indoor playing schedules when outdoor playing is not feasible and indoor courts are available.

Hi, and thank you for your interest in the 30+ singles group. I created this group for 30 and up since, based on my life experience, various people have various preferences so... I didn't want to limit our opportunity to meet people we relate to or might be interested in meeting. My intent for starting this group is to help extend our social network with the hopes of finding new friends and possibly form relationships. I'm sure there are various reasons each of us have as to why our social lives and interactions with others has decreased. In my case, I've been working remotely for almost 3.5 years. Covid obviously has had a significant impact on all of our lives. In addition to friends getting married over the years and a very dear friend of mine passing suddenly last year, a large portion of my social life was my work environment. I still have good friends I met at past jobs. Since working from home, that has not been an option. I'd rather not get into specifics. I prefer to leave that open for discussion when we meet at our events. There, we can all share our experiences, challenges, and hopefully provide valuable suggestions with each other. More importantly, have fun, interesting conversations, introduce each other to new interests/hobbies, etc. I am open to suggestions on good places for our group to meet in and around the Fairless Hills area. A place in a public environment that also offers food and beverages. I am excited to see where this goes and to meet you in the not too distant future. Steve
