Sports Business Leaders (SBL) is a community and meetup group for sportstech startup founders, sports entrepreneurs, and career professionals in the sports ecosystem. The goal of the community is to help SBLs better network with one another and be connected to necessary resources and critical individuals in the world like investors, cofounders, business partners, etc.

**Playing Sports Again (with friends!!)** is looking for people in their 30s-50s who want to build new friendships with others while participating in sports leagues (volleyball, kickball, softball, pickle ball, etc) and other recreational sports. Many of us played sports in the past but life got in the way and we miss it. This is a great group for those who would like to get back out there and play again! Although this group will be sports and activity focused, it is also a social group that may look to do some other things as well. We usually all get together after a game, share a drink and have a good laugh. We plan on trying hard and enjoying the activities we do, but this is not an ultra competitive group. XL Sports World Mount Laurel is excited to open its doors to the community for a special fundraising event Sunday Oct 16th 1pm-3pm honoring Kicking Kids Cancer. All profits from the open house will benefit Kicking Kids Cancer. Admission is $5 for the whole family! (Pay at the Door) We have a whole host of activities for the Family! Come Join Us at our Mount Laurel location and play our climate controlled indoor pickleball courts. No Rain Outs, No Slippery Courts, No Public Access. **Starting Thursday, September 21st** **5:00-7:00 PM** Teams play to 11 points (win by 2pts). When the game ends, the winners will remain on the court and split (one player to each side) and the losing team will depart the court.  Two new players will come on to the court; one on each side.  Winners can stay for two games and then should rotate out. Play continues with players only playing two games in a row whether you win or lose to end of your allotted time. The cost to utilize the courts is $10/person for the 2 hour event. This will be paid at the front desk upon arrival. Pickleball rules can be found [HERE](https://usapickleball.org/what-is-pickleball/official-rules/rules-summary/) You should bring your own paddle and ball, although we will have additional paddle balls if needed. We will have refreshments available to purchase during and after the sessions and you are free to hang out and socialize during and post session. Seating is available around the court. Welcome to The Sporting Club at the Bellevue's Pickleball group! This is a private group for current and former members. The main purpose of this group is to give Sporting Club members a way to organize play at the club.  With so many available times to play throughout the week sometimes you just never know if anyone is playing.  I get it, and I think it’s a good “problem” to have.  Hopefully this Meetup group can help alleviate that and allow you all to communicate and see who’s playing.  Eventually we can find times to just allow Beginner play. Maybe even Advanced times too!   Some rules/etiquette/thoughts: -Court 1 is closest to entrance of hallway.  Court 2 is center court.  Court 3 is furthest away closer to the Golf Pavilion. -Whichever team is closest to the hallway serves first. -Games are to 11.  Would love to give incentive for winner’s to be able to stay on and play 2, then sit.  All new 4 then comes in. -No one should be playing more than 2 games in a row when others are waiting -That being said, if you just played a long competitive match, and 8 or 10+ people are waiting to play, instead of playing your 2nd match in a row because you won, do you sit and bring on a whole new 4?  Your call to make, but I think the “waiting” members would love that.  Remember you’re going to also be “waiting” at some point. -Please try to incorporate other members to switch up matches if possible. -Try and respectfully coincide with basketball members.  We’re all members of this great club and trying to utilize the courts as best as we can.  -We can’t make everyone happy, but I’d like to try. -Always know there are things you can be working on in your game, even if you end up “playing down” with lower skilled members.  Lower skilled members appreciate being able to play with higher skilled members because it helps them get better. -I’d like to get 2 permanent Beginner/Intermediate clinics on the schedule.  Only 1hr.  Members are loving it and more clinics! -Do we have interest in an Intermediate+/Advanced clinic?  It would mostly be focused on drilling, strategy, and advanced techniques.  I would name it "Drills and Skills". It has a nice ring to it! Let me know. -Dinking and Banging can both be exhilarating! -HAVE FUN!     That’s all I have for now. PhillyBUG is a meetup for Philadelphia area Blender 3D hobbyists, beginners and professionals to learn, practice, and collaborate in their enthusiasm for 3D art, craft and commerce. 3D can be a solitary hobby - no need to toil alone - connect with like-minded Blenderheads and share what you're working on, swap tips, ask (and answer!) questions. All skills levels welcome. Enthusiasts of other 3D modelling, VFX and programs welcome here too (no need to be a purist). Meetups will be primary Zoom, with plenty of screenshares, show-and-tell and a "study hall" model to work on your craft, together.
