Sports & Hobbies groups near Springfield, VA

WRSC is a group for pickup games of all types of sports (Kickball, Dodgeball, Volleyball, Capture the Flag, Paintball, Ultimate Frisbee and others). We are not a league so there are no practices, just RSVP and show up when you're ready to play. Our games are co-ed and children are welcomed, however we are geared more towards adults. We are fairly competitive but all levels of athletic abilities are welcomed. So come out have fun and meet your neighbors here in Woodbridge!! Looking forward to seeing you on the field!!!!!!!

This Meetup is for fellow racquet sport enthusiasts to meet and greet while engaging in fun and competitive games with other people in your town. The group's primary purpose and vision is to allow squash players and other racquet sport players of all levels to enjoy a non-competitive atmosphere and to get to know each other through a variety of social activities.

Games are scheduled throughout the week as well as weekends at various locations in the metropolitan DC, Maryland and Northern VA region. Games will range from beginners to advanced to accomodate all levels of players and to encourage those who wish to grow with the sport. Please state your level when you RSVP for a game.

The D.C. Irish Sports League promotes Irish sport in the metro area by providing a semi-competitive and fun environment to learn the national sports of Ireland: hurling and Gaelic football. We run co-ed weekend leagues downtown in the Spring and Fall. No experience necessary - we will show you how the games are played! Just bring cleats and an interest to learn these ancient sports. We have many members that go on to play for the local GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association) clubs against other cities, but our goal is to get you out on the field and having a good time!

Want to join a social sports team but maybe don't have 15 friends that want to do it as well? Join our group! We'll get teams together of fun young professionals in their 20s and 30s who are all interested in playing social sports! No worries if you're not a super athlete! We're all just interested in having fun, having a few beers, and getting out on the field!
