We meet on Sunday of each week in Downtown Bellevue. And all these events are sponsored by Science of Spirituality and are free of cost. Unlike some forms of yoga, this meditation technique does not involve difficult practices or rigorous postures. We can meditate when sitting in any pose that is comfortable, in which we can sit still for an extended period. Meditation on the inner Light and Sound is so simple it can be practiced by anyone.

Can we Remain in Our Religion and Practice this Meditation?

The spiritual teachers of this path never advocate that we change our religion or withdraw from the world to practice meditation. In fact, a hallmark of this path is positive mysticism, the belief that we should fulfil our duties and obligations to our families and societies while pursuing our spiritual goals.
