What we’re about
This is a group for women who are looking for the opportunity to meet new people and potentially make good friends.
(As this group has been in existence now for 5 years, and the organizers are now 50 so I’m upping the age recommendation to mid 40's - mid 50's to have a more accurate representation of the current members who attend events).
I know it's been more difficult lately to find women with similar interests, who want, and have the time, to connect. If you're looking for great women and fun, interesting, different things to do, and good conversation this Meetup is for you!
Maybe we'll just do coffee and chat, a museum event, workout, paddle board, book club, happy hour, brunch. crafting or classes, or whatever sounds fun! But in the doing of these things, the hope is to find friends to really do life with. Some amazing friendships have already been made.
**Please note that Mel and I (Carrie) are the organizers and our goal and commitment to our members is to stay on top of RSVP's to allow as many friends to attend, and to keep our attendance commitments to the places we host our events, out of respect for their staff.
