Join us if you're interested in learning the art of Forest Bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku, and incorporating it into your wellness routine. In this group, we gather to explore the healing power of connecting with nature through mindful walks and programs in spectacular southwest Florida forests and other nature spaces. Also known as shinrin-yoku, forest bathing is a slow, quiet, guided sensory experience with nature that helps people relax. The mindfulness practice has physical and mental health benefits such as reducing stress and anxiety and helping with cardiovascular and respiratory health.
Your ticket includes same-day admission to the two-story nature center that has aquariums, touch tank, exhibits, butterfly garden, picnic areas, art gallery, and gift shop.
This program is for ages 18+. Plenty of free parking. Restrooms available.
