Join us for a love of cookbooks! We're community members looking to establish a cookbook club, an opportunity to connect over shared food and recipes.
At this month's meetup, we'll each cook a dish from The World Central Kitchen Cookbook by Jose Andres and share it with everyone who joins. Please prepare one serving of the dish you choose. If you'd like, bring a new or gently used cookbook for a book swap, and bring Tupperware to take home leftovers!
Details
- We'll meet in the garage at Attaboy Beer on Sunday, April 6, at 12 pm
- Bring a dish from The World Central Kitchen Cookbook and a serving utensil, as well as a label with the name and ingredients in your recipe.
- Eating utensils and plates will be provided.
- Attendance is free, but Attaboy has asked that everyone purchase a beverage. They have beer as well as non-alcoholic options!
- (Optional) Bring a gently used cookbook to swap.
- (Optional) Bring Tupperware to take home leftovers.
Note
Meetup caps us at 10 attendees, but there is space for more! If you'd like to join but the event is at capacity, please feel free to still join us. There is plenty of space, and the more the merrier!
