Fredericksburg Food Co-op Meetup

Get fit & connect at our Thursday Walking Group. We will begin and end at the Fredericksburg Food Co-op. This event is free and open to all.

The first Thursday of the month is Walk with a Doc, where a local health professional will join us.

This event has been updated to accommodate for the season change. Please be aware that the starting time has been changed to 8am as of May 4th.

Enjoy the outdoors, meet new folks, and have fun! It’s easier to stick to healthy habits like a walking routine with friends to support you.

We’ll gather at the Co-op for a walk along the Rappahannock River Heritage Trail and Canal Path, as well as other areas close to the co-op neighborhood.

Participants are welcome to join our team of volunteers who turn shirts into tote bags to be offered free to shoppers at the Co-op, The Table, and the Farmers Market. Bring your scissors and new or gently used, washed cotton shirts. We accept adult S, M or L sizes. Learn to transform unwanted T-shirts into earth-friendly reusable tote bags. It’s easy, fun, and helps the planet! A fun, free activity for kids and adults.
