#### Who Are We?

We're a group of adventurous boulder enthusiasts who love exploring new climbing spots and enjoying each other's company! After amazing sessions at Superblock, Radium, Monkeyspot, and Elements, it's time for our next adventure at Prisma Boulders Wuppertal on October 27th!

#### Event Details:

#### What to Expect:

Bouldering at Prisma:

• 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Dive into Prisma's expansive and exciting bouldering area! This spot is perfect for both beginners and experienced climbers, with carefully planned routes that offer fun, variety, and challenges for everyone. The routes are updated weekly to keep things fresh and exciting, so there’s always something new to try!
• Facilities: Prisma features a family area for the youngest climbers, a training area with equipment like a Spraywall for creating custom routes, a Moonboard for standardized global challenges, as well as hangboards, weights, and more. This area is perfect if you want to work on your strength, endurance, and technique.
• Prices:
• Day Pass: €12.90
• Rental Shoes (Leihschuhe): €4.00
• Rental Chalk Bag (Leihchalkbag): €1.00

Chill, Plan & Socialize:

• 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: After climbing, we’ll head to the Prisma Bistro for a relaxed break. Enjoy a cappuccino, a warm pretzel, or even a vegan pizza while we play billiards and foosball, chat, and plan where we’ll head for lunch. It’s the perfect way to unwind and make some decisions about our next destination! 🍻

Lunch:

• 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Once we’re recharged, we’ll head for a relaxed lunch. The exact location will be decided based on everyone’s preferences—recommendations are welcome in the event comments! 🥗🍔🍣

How to Get There:

• Transportation: We’ll coordinate in the event comments to figure out carpooling options or if anyone is planning to come by train.

#### What to Bring:

• Climbing Gear: Comfortable clothes for bouldering, climbing shoes if you have them (or rent on-site), and a chalk bag.
• Personal Items: Water bottle, some money for snacks and lunch, and a great attitude! 🌞
• Ready to Relax: We can wind down at the bistro, chat about climbing tricks, play some games, and make new friends.

#### Event Details:

Location: Neoliet Boulderbar, Essen
End Time: Around 4:00 PM (or earlier if we decide we've had enough fun!)

#### What to Expect:

Bouldering at Neoliet Boulderbar:

• 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Neoliet Boulderbar Essen is an exciting climbing venue, offering 160 different boulders across a large indoor hall divided into multiple areas. It’s a great spot for everyone, whether you’re a family, a child, or an ambitious boulderer. You’ll find a wide range of routes with different difficulty levels, suitable for both beginners and experienced climbers. Come by and we’ll show you the ropes—literally!
• Facilities: The venue includes a training area with equipment like a Kilterboard to hone your skills. The environment is also welcoming to families, and there are boulders specifically designed for young children.
• Prices:
• Day Pass (Adults): €12.50
• Reduced (Students, Seniors, etc.): €11.50
• Children (Up to 14 Years): €8.50
• Rental Shoes (Leihschuhe): €4.00

Chill, Plan & Socialize:

• 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: After bouldering, we can relax in the Boulderbar area. We’ll grab a snack, maybe a cappuccino, and even play a round of foosball or just hang out. It’s also a perfect time to discuss where to go for lunch afterward. 🍻

Lunch:

• 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Once we’re recharged, we’ll head out for lunch. The location will be decided during our chill time—recommendations are welcome in the event comments! 🥗🍔🍣

Let's explore together the charming and historical Dutch city of Venlo! Shops are open on Sunday, so there will be plenty of options to bring home some souvenirs.

We'll meet at 12.30 in front of the Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof (outside near "Kamps" bakery) and will go by regional train directly to Venlo in the Netherlands. The train trip takes around 1h and we should have at least 4 hours in the town for walking, shopping and and a coffee break together. We'll be proposing in the group chat meeting points, so you can decide to stay with the group or explore the city at your own pace.

Please don't forget to bring along your EU-ID or passport as we'll be crossing the German borders and there should be regular controls.

18:05 Venlo train station - 19:09 Düsseldorf Hbf (RE13)

Costs:
Deutschland Ticket is valid for the whole journey until Venlo train station. If you don't have one, please buy your return train ticket ahead of time. Return ticket costs approx. €35.

Are you ready to push your physical and mental limits? Crawl and navigate through the extensive tunnel system of the Kluterthöhle cave in complete darkness and absolute silence. This is a truly unique experience—perfect for thrill-seekers and an excellent team-building event!

• Time: 17:45 (Tour starts at 18:00)
• Location: Kluterthöhle Cave, Ennepetal (around 1h from DUS | CGN). You can either meet us at the cave around 17:45 or use the comments section to organize public transport, shared rides, etc.

Tour Highlights:

• Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours
• Minimum Age: 16 years
• Price: €85 per person
• Equipment Provided: Protective helmet, headlamp, climbing gear, and disposable overalls
• Storage: Bags can be kept in the changing room located in the underground parking garage
• Group size: 10-15

Important Information:

• Fitness Requirement: A basic level of physical fitness is essential for this tour. If you're unsure about your fitness level, we recommend participating in an experience tour beforehand.
• What to Bring: Rubber boots (or good hiking shoes) and a change of clothes

How to Secure Your Spot:
To confirm this event with the cave, we need a minimum of 10 participants and must pay a total of €850 by November 1st. This means the event will only take place if at least 10 people RSVP and pay the €85 fee via PayPal by that date.

• Deadline: November 1st

• Refund Policy: If we don’t reach the minimum number of participants by November 1st, we’ll cancel the event, and you’ll get a full refund. So, please share the event and invite your friends!
