Metro Detroit Fun n Fitness for 49's+

Nine holes + cart - best ball format. Cost is $28. Predicted high temp. in mid 60s. We have reserved 4:40, 4:48 and 4:56 pm tee times. One of these tee times will be dropped on Thursday evening unless I have at least 9 RSVPs.
Try to arrive around 4:20pm and pay the Course. Groupings will be formed so as to maintain the pace of play. After the round, there is an optional meetup at a nearby bar (TBD).

Note - if you need to cancel your RSVP, please do so as soon as you know this, so your tee time can be released to others. The Course may impose cart restrictions due to possible wet grass, i.e. Cart path only or 90 degrees to your ball. Those who would prefer to walk with a pull cart, can play for $18.
Purchase of a senior Metro Park sticker is highly encouraged, as we will
play most of our twilight golf at Stony Creek.

Join me for a hike at the Stony Creek Nature Center trails on Saturday at noon. Meet in front of the Nature Center building. We'll start by 12:10 and hike 5-6 miles. There will be a bail out point around half way. The trails may be muddy in spots. Hiking boots are recommended.
You will need a 2025 Metroparks Vehicle Permit for this park. Daily and annual permits are available at the toll booth.

Ride at your own pace. Ride up to one hour out and then head back.

We will eat at a Paint Creek Tavern downtown Rochester, just off the trail at the end of the return trip.

It will be an informal get together over breakfast. We meet at Leo's Coney Island on 1852 E. Big Beaver Rd in Troy. The restaurant is located on Big Beaver just west of John R. This is a joint get together with the GM Ski Club
