Hey Gals! Let's enjoy a night on the patio, at the Green Knoll Grill! The Nerds are playing!, It should be a fun night! Hope to see you there! Stay as long as you want! Please try to get there early, for parking, this is a popular band! Please keep in mind, could be a venue change, we will most likely be outside on the patio, which is great to see and hear the band, but with chance of rain, GKG, may decide to bring the band inside and start around 9, and can get crowded! this is just and update so we all know, hope to see you there, and on the patio!

This is a special private tour for our group of a unique zinc mine where the fluorescent colors will become apparent under special lights. Make sure your phone is charged to take incredible photos. And, yes, we’ll hear a ghost story or two…

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Visitors will be guided through about 1300 feet of tunnel inside the mine. There are no train rides involved, therefore, it is a walking tour. Along the way, guides will stop at various stations and explain the equipment, history, working conditions, and geology of the mine. Visitors will see the lamp room, the shaft station, mine galleries dating to the 1830's, and much more. The tour is only the first level of the mine, visitors do not go down to any lower levels. We will also tour the onsite museum. For an additional cost, participants can collect rocks (pay onsite for that). There's also a gift shop.

Once the vendor is paid the payment is nonrefundable. If you need to change your plans after you buy your ticket, you can post in comments to try to find another member who wants to go to buy your ticket but there’s no guarantee.

Plays in the Park offers a great outdoor experience - they are a bargain subsidized by Middlesex County at a cost of $8 under age 60/$5 over 60.
The theater is conveniently located one block south of the Menlo Park Mall off of Route 1, in Edison, N.J.

Non-assigned seating- please try to come as early as you can so we can sit together we can eat while we talk and wait for the show.

*** The tickets work on a first come basis until sold out (no advance sales). Show time (8PM). Once inside you can leave your chair to hold your spot and then go have something to eat at a nearby restaurant, bring food, buy from the food hut onsite or have delivered) from a nearby restaurant).***if you leave you must get a hand stamp at the exit before leaving to be readmitted for free.
Info. To know:

1. Patrons bring their own chairs with a back no higher than 40 inches (ex: folding chairs, soccer chairs, etc.).
2. If weather cancels the show after you buy, save your ticket stub it can be used later within a year for another show. There are no rain dates.

NOTE: it can get cool at night so a sweatshirt or jacket is recommended.
Other helpful hints: bring something to drink (no alcohol), bug spray/ sunscreen, leaving use your phone light to help you get back to the car.
