What is it?
Group fitness classes with bodyweight movements led by a qualified personal trainer.
Who is it for?
Anyone! Whether you're new to fitness, or a seasoned gym-goer.
What do I need?
Just yourself! Mats and (sometimes) additional equipment will be provided. Just beware, you may get wet/muddy if conditions are poor. You may want something warm, a towel and drink - it's up to you.
Anything else?
Most events we charge a small fee, processed through meetup.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time.
Refunds and cancellations
These are at our discretion. Any cancellations 24 hours before the start time will be refunded, after this grace period it will be at our discretion.
