The purpose of this group is to bring people healing through meditation, energy healing, and to bring everyone support from a community! You will be able to join in person or on zoom! Look for the events that are either by donation or free! Everyone is welcomed!
Please come arrive prior to the starting time. Zoom is open at least 15 mins prior to and if in person, we are also there at least 15 mins prior to. Once event starts no one will be allowed to attend. Courtesy to all that are there on time.

Soul contracts are a topic that is becoming increasingly popular amongst the spiritual community. That is understandable since people have discovered that soul contracts exist, and they are one of the foremost spiritual aspects that influence our lives. Understanding the central soul contracts in your life is crucial to your spiritual evolution and happiness. Once you understand how they work, you will know why you had to meet certain people and go through specific experiences.
We will discuss what is your Soul Contract and what to do to break or rewrite them plus we will also have a meditation/ activation to help the process. Have a notebook and pen to take notes.

The word Qigong (Chi Kung) is made up of two Chinese words. Qi is pronounced chee and is usually translated to mean the life force or vital-energy that flows through all things in the universe.
The second word, Gong, pronounced gung, means accomplishment, or skill that is cultivated through steady practice. Together, Qigong (Chi Kung) means cultivating energy, it is a system practiced for health maintenance, healing and increasing vitality.
Joanne is a practicing teacher for the Sheng Zhen Society.
Sheng Zhen is unconditional love. The universe comes from this love. Life comes from the universe. Thus, humans need to return to the source and connect with love: not selfish love, not conditional love, but unconditional love. As humans’ bodies become healthier, emotions become better. With less stress, there is more happiness, more love, more peace, much more peace.
