What we’re about
Gobinday Yogic Health is a community of stakeholders who believe that yoga, meditation, wellness, mind-body interventions of all kinds belong to everyone. Our teachers/yoga therapist offer techniques that help people feel better: no physical or financial barrier to this access. Participants practice active kindness and inclusion. You can Feel Better Now by joining this community as a participant and/or donor.
We hope to meet like minded folks who need a break from stress, caregiving, health challenges and who believe in compassion toward self and others. Our goal at every event is to feel better individually and as a group, via yoga, Qi gong, meditation and relaxation. Attendees may opt in to visit over vegan snacks after main events.
Feeling better is cumulative. Practice with this group, and see how you feel!

Register - Strong for Fall with QiGongFirst Unitarian Church, Worcester, MA
Fall is the season of transformation. Nature is moving from the most Yang period of Summer and preparing to enter into the most Yin period of Winter. Trees and plants are naturally dropping their leaves. Animals are building their shelters and storing their food in preparation for the challenges of the cold Winter months.
In Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fall is associated with the Metal element, the lungs, large intestine, skin, the respiratory system and the immune system.
In our workshop, we will do some “energetic Fall cleaning” as we practice exercises to purge old energy that no longer serves. We will explore acupressure points to release stagnanation. Then we will relax into flowing movements to cultivate the positive energies of the Metal Element as we align our internal energy with the external energy of nature. Together, these practices help to strengthen our Respiratory and Immune Systems as we navigate the seasonal changes. We will finish with a guided relaxation/ meditation, and emerge feeling tuned up and ready!
Flexible Equity Exchange: Suggested $15, you can pay-it-forward with more, or use COUPON CODES 20%OFF, 50%OFF, or 80%OFF as need be, or do cash of any amount at the door.

Cacao has been used for centuries to support healing of the mental, physical, and spiritual body—and to gently open the heart. The Mayans referred to cacao (kakaw) as a sacred plant medicine and a tool for emotional and energetic transformation.
This modern healing gathering is designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself, release old patterns, and nourish your inner landscape. Cacao is one of the only foods known to harmonize both hemispheres of the brain, helping to balance “masculine” and “feminine” energies within.
During our time together, we will engage in somatic movement, gentle meditation, cacao tasting, and a guided visualization to reconnect with your heart’s desires. You’ll leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and more in tune with your intuitive self.
Flexible Equity Exchange: Suggested $44 includes the price of imported Mayan cacao. You can pay-it-forward with more, or use COUPON CODES 20%OFF, 50%OFF, or 80%OFF as need be, or do cash of any amount at the door.
Any participation =equity yoga. Refreshments served after class.
