GRID Manassas is a real estate community built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals.

Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in building wealth and creating impact through real estate.

We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.

How it works

We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month. Each month we cover a different investing topic in the Lifecycle of an Investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.

Our meetings are not sales pitches. They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers and deal-makers.

Parking Information:
We have ample (free) parking surrounding our venue at the Manassas Museum!

Parking near the entrance to the venue, along the perimeter facing the venue, across the street in the parking garage, near the train station, and all throughout Old Town Manassas. There are also EV charging stations available.

GRID Manassas is led by Matt Megel and Daniel Nyce.

Born and raised in the Washington D.C. metro area, Matt knows Northern Virginia.

Matt started his residential real estate career in 2008 figuring "getting started at the bottom and learning to survive" would allow him to grow with the market and thrive.
He loves helping people and you will find that he defines “above and beyond." He has a keen sense of skill in analyzing market conditions to help his clients make great decisions with regard to buying and selling real estate.

Daniel Nyce is a devoted family man, happily married and a proud father.

Beyond the world of real estate, Daniel holds a 4th-degree master black belt in Tae Kwon Do, showcasing his discipline and commitment. His love for strategy games not only reveals his strategic thinking prowess but also adds a touch of playfulness to his character.
