Alongside these physical exercises, we'll delve into mindfulness that will help your mind to relax more.

About Me:

I come from India, the place where yoga was born, and for me, yoga is more than just an exercise—it's an essential part of life.🌟 My deep passion for yoga drives me to explore and share its transformative benefits. 💖
Now, as a certified yoga trainer, my mission is to help you experience the power of yoga both on and off the mat. Together, we'll create a space where you can connect deeply with yourself and find tranquility amidst the chaos of daily life.

You can attend open classes scheduled in the meetup event of the yoga by paying 10€ in cash as donation, if you wish to become regular member, you can connect with me for more details :) and Of coarse, there will be discounts for regular members.
