Welcome to Guided Meditation and Journaling
A space to pause, reflect, and grow.

Each session begins with gratitude, grounding us in the present moment. From there, we move into a guided meditation to create calm and clarity. Then, through thoughtfully crafted journaling prompts, you’ll be invited to explore what’s stirring within.

After journaling, there’s a chance to share your reflections in a safe and supportive space. Sharing is always optional—but when it happens, something powerful unfolds. Whether you’re speaking or listening, these moments often lead to deep insight and connection.

This group is led by someone who brings real-life experience and heart to the work:
A former US Marine, life coach, father of four brilliant humans , divorced, a survivor of open-heart surgery, and a 20-year business owner. I believe in resilience, reflection, and the power of showing up just as we are.

If you’re looking for a calm, meaningful space to reconnect with yourself—and others—this group is for you.
