If you find yourself seeking a break from constant mental chatter, busy brain, anxiety or overwhelm, why not come along and give yourself a break?

Guided Relaxation Meditation with Janie is a group for all. We all need a break sometimes, and especially in these strange and testing times!

Small friendly meetings are held both on a weekly and monthly basis as a space to restore, find relaxation and promote awareness and mindfulness the easy way!

Meditation and relaxation is for everyone. You don't have to be a 'Zen person' to do it! There is no pressure, no way to do this wrong and it doesn't even matter if you nap through the whole thing! So, why not have a go and surprise yourself?

Each session contains a gentle guided meditation led by Janie, including prompts for mindfulness and breathing techniques. This facilitates a relaxed state of mind during the session. You will benefit from increased well being, improved health, quality of sleep & greater access to resources such as inner calm and resilience in your everyday life, helping to navigate the stormy seas of life.

Currently events are held in the Burpham Well-being Yurt - weekly Tuesdays at 18.30 and 19.45 and on the last Friday morning of each month at 10.30. Groups are small (max 5 persons) so booking in advance is essential to confirm your place
