HackRVA-Meetup

Open Craft Night is a FREE event open to the public. HackRVA is a open and welcoming space for everyone. Come on time, or late, it's all ok!

Come on over to HackRVA's new location and hangout and work on a craft you've started, or want to start, or come dream big ideas with us.

Crafting includes all sorts from yarn and textiles like knitting, crocheting, rug -tufting, or visible mending; all the way to building Lego sets or leather working!

Please bring any items needed to work on your craft project or come show off your wonderful work.

Every first and third Thursday. Come show off a project, socialize, or just hang out. If you are thinking about becoming a member, come on in, and tour the space. All are welcome! Thursday night has always been our social night when members hang out together. There is no program, agenda, or activity for open house. We just hang out and we invite you to come and visit with us, get a tour if you like.

Arrive anytime between 7pm and 9pm.

Hack.RVA is a member-run non-profit makerspace located in Richmond, Virginia. We’re essentially a space filled with tools, computers, and people who like to build, invent, tinker, learn new skills and expand their minds. In our space you’ll find people into electronics, robots, wood working, embedded software, metal working, music, art, video, photography, 3D printing, sewing, textiles, virtual reality, gaming, lasers and much more.

Once a month, we ask members to come in to work on our shared workspace. Tasks include minor cleaning, as well as whatever you would like to do to improve the physical Hack.RVA space.
