What we’re about
Harmony is a community of mindfulness practitioners, inspired by the teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. We are a group of individuals who are committed to cultivating meaning and magic in our everyday lives and our surrounding communities.
Our group meets every 1st and 3rd Sunday to practice mindfulness meditation, discuss Thich Nhat Hanh's teachings, and share our experiences with one another. We welcome individuals of all levels of experience and backgrounds to join us in this journey towards greater presence, awareness, and compassion.

Join us for an evening of meditation and mindfulness to cultivate inner peace. Anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome to attend, regardless of gender assigned at birth.
