D.Lisa is a dream doula, an atelier trained artist, and spiritual teacher and speaker. Her inspirational courses are taught online and in person on the west coast. She has been writing down her dreams since she was in her twenties. D.Lisa uses dream images and dream messages in her art and in her workshops. She teaches about the power of listening to dreams.

D.Lisa is a spiritual life coach for women creatives and entrepreneurs, helping them release fear, and doubt, and worry and live more authentically. Her clients go from feeling stuck and unfulfilled, to living their best lives and feeling free! They co-create their lives with the universe. She works online and hosts workshops in person in Ojai, Ventura, and on the West Coast.

Dream Doula session:
Dreams have long been studied and worshipped through time. Each of us dreams for about two hours each night. Dreams are telling us something. Are we listening? Take a deep dive into one or two of your dreams. Is there a recurring dream or nightmare that you keep thinking about? Perhaps there is a loud, colorful dream that makes you laugh, that you’d love to know more about? Perhaps book a session and see what dream comes up between the time you book the session and the time we meet. Allow the power of your own intuition to guide you in life.

I'm Sarah, a marketing strategist and networking expert who helps business owners finally get booked out by getting in front of more of the right people and by creating a more profitable approach to networking. My background isn't your typical marketing agency story. I built a successful online fitness platform from scratch, hitting five-figure months primarily through strategic networking and partnerships. That experience taught me firsthand what works (and what doesn't) when it comes to attracting the right clients. More importantly, over the years I have created a strategy that is customized to work for other people. I have found that "this is what I did!" isn't very effective for helping others, which is why I consult with businesses, not coach.

I love helping business owners and visionaries break their big goals into strategic plans and actionable steps, giving them a fresh set of eyes, and supporting them as they (and/or their team) execute and take big action.
