I will be sharing and teaching a deeply transformative process via somatic processing and repression inquiry in these meetings. I am a certified mentor in the Kiloby Inquiries (kiloby.com) which is a somatic processing and emotional repression reversal modality. I transformed my life with this work and now share the tools with others so that they too can make huge shifts and forgo sabotaging patterns in their lives as well. It was a big part of my recovery from narcissistic abuse and adverse childhood experiences. However, it is not only great for this type of recovery. It has also helped many people (myself included) find relief from compulsions, addictions, toxic relationship patterns, disease, chronic pain, triggers, shadows and more. I teach folks these tools in order to support them on their journey toward embodied freedom and manifesting the life that they want.
