What we’re about

The Heart of Ohio Cyclopaths is a social cycling community for casual and recreational cyclists. We explore the trails (and occasionally quiet roads) in the Heart of Ohio. Come and experience the small towns and countryside of Knox, Licking, Holmes, and Richland Counties. Sometimes our rides venture to other trails in and beyond Central Ohio.

OUR RIDES
Heart of Ohio Cyclopaths weekday and weeknight rides are shorter rides for casual cyclists. Weekend rides tend to be longer for recreational cyclists. Cycling is an excellent form of exercise with some great benefits for your health and well-being. Why spend your day on your phone, laptop, or in front of the TV when you can experience fresh air and nature with a fun group of people?

HOW WE RIDE
• No pace lines here. We know people ride at different speeds.
• We may break into groups of riders traveling at the pace they enjoy.
• We start together. We occasionally regroup. We end together.
• No cyclist is left behind.
• Helmets are required for all rides.
