I’m Mette Theilmann, a psychologist and parenting consultant from Denmark, now living on the Côte d'Azur. I’m married to an Irish man, and we have three grown children who live in London, Dublin, and the Netherlands. A year ago, I moved to the Côte d'Azur with a desire to evolve as a person through new experiences and meaningful connections. This led me to start **HerEdge**, where I support adults in their personal development. I offer online consultations but prefer working with clients in person, helping them navigate life’s challenges and parenting.

Start every second Wednesday in the comfort of your own home with a Feel-Good Face Yoga, that will help you enhance your natural glow!
Benefits of Face Yoga:

- Reduces fine lines and wrinkles
What to Expect:
- Meditation: A guided meditation to awaken your senses.
- Gentle Warm-Up: Some super simple and gentle stretching to loosen up the upper back, shoulders, neck and head
- Upper Face Workout: Targeting the key areas around your forehead and eyes to reduce stress and improve focus.
- Lower Face Workout: Sculpting and toning your cheeks, jaw chin and neck
- Facial Massage: Releasing tension, boosting circulation and building collagen
- End with Relaxation: Finish with a visualization, affirmations, and soothing breathing techniques to relax your entire body
How to Prepare for the session:
- Join the Teams call 5 minutes before the start of the session (best via a web browser and you can select to join as a guest - there's no need to download the app!)
- Wash your hands
- If possible, come with a freshly cleansed face, but don't worry if not! You can still practice, even with make-up on!
- You're welcome to use an oil during the facial massage. (You can also use moisturiser too!) Please don't worry if you don't have any to hand, or don't use an oil, you can still participate
