Join is for a transformative experience as we combine the serenity of yoga and meditation with the rejuvenating power of hiking. This event with Hippie Hikers is designed to bring balance to your mind, body, and soul by starting with an easy-moderate hike to our yoga destination. We will have about 30 minutes of yoga followed by savasana (I will do Reiki during Savasana). We then continue with our hike to 2 separate rock lookouts. The entire event will be no more than 3 hours. The total distance is just over 3 miles. Wear long pants, and hiking shoes, and bring plenty of water, a snack, a yoga mat, towel or blanket for yoga, and cash if you wish to indulge in delicious creamery ice cream or a hot dog after the hike.
