No matter where you're at on your wellness journey, whether you're totally thriving and just looking to stay informed and maintain great health or if you are facing daily challenges with illness, injuries, or just simply less than ideal health looking to rebuild and restore... you're welcome!
We’ll read a new book each month including topics like sleep, fasting, brain and gut health, clean eating, detoxing, and topics on how to be well from a physical and emotional perspective.
We'll have both in person and online book clubs and social gatherings. Your input is greatly appreciated whether it be a book recommendation or an outing suggestion. Please feel free to message me and share your ideas!
