Relax into the sounds of the frosted crystal bowls and allow your stress to melt away.

Please bring a mat, blanket, eye cover if desired, pillow, and $20 donation. Plan to arrive at least 15 mins early. Doors will open at 10:45 AM. No late entries will be admitted once the sound bath begins.

Sound healing works on the cellular level by creating vibrations that promote relaxation, emotional well-being. This allows physical healing to occur.

This is an in-person class located in San Bernardino, CA.
Interested in learning the healing power of Reiki for yourself or others?

In this Reiki Level 1 class, you become attuned to the Reiki Energy and walk away from the first class with the ability and necessary qualifications to practice on friends, family, and most importantly yourself.

This class is an introduction of what is Reiki, the history of Reiki, the hand placements, grounding, and so much more.

You will gain confidence through active learning by having time for hands-on practice so you will feel successful while giving a reiki session.

You will receive a class manual, four hours of action packed training and you will be attuned in a ceremony of light and love. You will receive a certificate, that empowers you to practice Reiki on yourself and others upon completion of this class.

Kari is an international Reiki practitioner and Registered Nurse. She is a certified Usui Master teacher, Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Practitioner, and sound healer. Kari has always been interested in holistic healing and the mind-body connection and health.
