Software Engineers are 2-3x more productive when using AI tools. That will increase greatly over the next couple of years. I'm confident I'll be able to do the work of 100 senior engineers in the next two years, including PhD level research.
Layoffs due to AI is already happening and will accelerate greatly.
You're only choice is to use AI to be more productive and do what was impossible before, or be left in the dust.
At some point, even the people using AI tools will get replaced by AI. So the solution we will show in this group is how you can use AI tools to start your own company and take control of your destiny.
This group will have monthly deep dives into various AI tools and how to apply them.
We will host hackathons where you will get a couple hours to use AI tools to develop complex games or web applications.
You will get access to our online community where you can stay up to date on news, ask questions, get help, and more
You will get the opportunity to join Mastermind groups, where you will work with others on starting your business.
We will even have a group business that we will build in public that you may get the chance to own part of, and own equity by contributing to.
When the layoffs start picking up speed, be a wolf, not a sheep. Take the steep acceleration of AI seriously, be realistic (we'll help you stay realistic) but be prepared to do more, have more agency, and know all the tools. If you don't, you will be replaced by AI, or also, by those who know how to use AI.
