The high school has asked the speedwork group to switch to Wednesday Nights, sorry for any inconvenience.

Every week at the Diamond Bar High School track (weather permitting) there is an organized speed work session put together by Coach Jose Galaviz. If you're looking to up your running game and improve your times, you need to include regular speed work as part of your training.

IERC is going to back the Los Angeles Marathon for the 40th anniversary race. Come train for LA or just come out to run with us.

Our training schedule for the race is posted and will continue to be updated as needed on the IERC club website, (https://www.ierunningclub.com/training-schedules).

Come out and run (or walk or run-walk) with us!
