Join us for in-person, collaborative problem-solving sessions where we work on real world problems to help local Hudson Valley founders and businesses work towards product-market fit.
Ideally, each monthly session will feature a local founder working on a particular business problem (growth, targeting, etc) with collaborative brainstorming from our members.
What we'll do:
- Practice interviewing founders (and potentially their users)
- Learn discovery practices
- Brainstorm opportunity areas, like new market segments
- Brainstorm ways to test market segments and assumptions
- Brainstorm ways to prototype solution concepts
