As the founder of Impulse Capital Partners, Alfred specializes in funding fix-and-flip, DSCR, bridge, and ground-up construction loans for non-owner occupied properties. But his story is much deeper than just deals and dollars—it’s a testament to resilience, grit, and the power of a comeback.
Alfred's journey began in 2003 as a loan officer, where he cut his teeth in real estate finance and developed a sharp eye for distressed assets. He quickly transitioned into investing, focusing on foreclosure properties with high upside potential. But like many in the industry, the 2008 financial crisis hit hard—forcing Alfred to step away and take a job in the medical field as an x-ray/ortho tech to support his family.
Instead of walking away from his dreams, Alfred regrouped. With the unwavering support of his wife, Lisa, he rebuilt from the ground up. In 2019, he re-entered the real estate world by launching his own investment company, this time with more wisdom and a mission to build wealth for both himself and others.
By 2021, Alfred expanded his operations into private lending, offering hard money loans to other investors and real estate professionals. His unique perspective—as both a lender and a hands-on investor—gives him the edge in providing practical, reliable capital solutions. He knows firsthand what it's like to be on the front lines of a deal and uses that knowledge to support his clients in a way traditional lenders can't.
In 2020, Alfred also launched a life insurance company, further broadening the scope of financial services he offers to help clients build security and generational wealth. In 2023, his firm took another leap forward, becoming a correspondent lender and expanding its lending footprint across markets.
