RSVP Rules:
Events are carefully planned for your enjoyment, and the group's success relies on your attendance. Only RSVP if you're committed to attending.
If you're undecided or tend to struggle with commitment, mark the event with a star and decide on the day of the event.
Members who no-show or cancel on the day of an event requiring a reservation or paid attendance will be promptly removed from the group.
For free events, removal from the group will occur after two instances of no-show or last-minute cancellation.
Life happens, and communication is key. Please avoid canceling on the day of the event or not showing up. If something unexpected comes up, kindly reach out to one of our leadership team members: Nick, Vu, or Wendell.
