What we’re about

Do you have difficult relationship with food? Are you trapped in a binge/diet cycle? Would you like to be free from dieting and denial? Is it possible to change the way you eat and view food? I would like to start a support group so we can talk about topics such as diet culture, intuitive eating, self acceptance, body positivity, and self compassion. I'm just putting this out there so I can see if anyone else is interested and then we can figure it out from them. Please note, this is not a group for people with a serious eating disorder, nor is this any form of therapy. I'm just looking to try and figure this shit out with other people who are also feel trapped by an unhealthy relationship with food.
